I've actually been using MFP for about 2 weeks now. It is so much easier than writing it down and trying to figure out the calories. I'm trying to lose 100 pounds (from where I am currently), to get down to my goal lifetime weight.

I go to Zumba 4 times a week, for an hour at a time. We're doing our own Weight Loss Challenge. My 8 week goal? 20 pounds. I did at at the beginning of the year, why not again, right?
