Iced Mocha to Share
I love this quick and easy treat! You can share it with a friend, or if you want; drink it by yourself. It doesn't have a lot of calories either way.
4 ice cubes
1 generous cup of coffee that has been refrigerated for 2-4 hours
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 Tbsp Hershey's special dark syrup
Combine all tasty ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 minute.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Only 145 Calories Total! If you share with a friend only 73 calories

I use the Mr. coffee cafe frappe machine but you could add the ingredients and blend together too.... I use 1/2 cup brewed espresso (or coffee of choice), 1.5 or so cups of ice cubes, 1/2 cup milk, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, and about a Tblspoon of honey (I will use stevia once I finally get some), and blend...delicious and filling.0
