Like, 8 dark chocolate hobnobs today?!?!?! That is 744 calories, and so today I am 582 over my goal net. Feel disheartened like I am not allowed to enjoy biscuits anymore. 1800 net is ok for maintaining my weight but I still have 10lbs to lose!
Just having one isn't that nice! I feels so deprived! I feel like I am eating like a rabbit all day and still find it hard to stay under my calories. I try to eat little and often so I don't get starving hungry. AND I worked out today, I work out pretty much 6 days a week.
Does anyone else have this problem with biscuits and chocolate? It's my 1 vice, I've pretty much given up cheese and alcohol.
What did you do about it?

well first off you look amazing in your pic!! Second, try not to look at your last 10 pounds. I think too many people focus so much on their "last 10 pounds" that there is never really a last ten pounds. Check out your BMI and see what range you are in. If you are within the normal range you should be proud of that! If you absolutely need those last 10 pounds gone, don't be afraid to give yourself a treat now and then, just be sure to have them in moderation. If you can't have just one, then have two, but between having the two drink a whole glass of water between eating them. It sounds like you are doing great with working out, and those ten pounds will come off! Don't deprive yourself, that is when you will binge on what you are depriving yourself of! One of the biggest lessons I've learned is just taking things in moderation. Good luck in reaching your final goal!! and again, you look GREAT! I hope I helped a little0

I love biscuits although I have pretty much weened myself off them completely now. If you search for recipes on here there are ABSOLUTELY LOADS for low calorie cookies, low calorie cheesecake bites, low calorie brownies etc.... Perhaps if you start by only eating this type first and then ween yourself on to only one a day and then ween yourself off completely.
Going cold turkey straight away is hard and not fun...!0 -
The problem isn't that you had a cookie. It's that you had 8. If you love your cookies, try spreading those 8 out over 4-8 days. You still get them... and there is way less chance that you will want to eat 8 in one sitting if you are having them on a regular basis.0

This title alone made me crack up. Release the biscuits!!! Find a recipe for a lower calories substitute so you can eat more then just one without feeling guilty!!! Substitutes substitutes substitutes!!!!! And get the junk out of your house!0

Thanks everyone - and my pic is of me at my goal weight haha! It is from a summer holiday a couple of years ago. I have it on there to motivate me.
So yes I absolutely need to lose those 10lbs!
And I will look up recipes for low calorie cookies.. I was good for a while only having 1 a day but today I caved. It is so hard having to give up sweet things! But I suppose it is only temporary as I find it easy to maintain my weight, it is just getting there...
Hopefully tomorrow will be better!0 -
