exercises you can do at work?

I try to work out on the elliptical and circuit training 3-4 x/week but as a busy mom going to school and working full-time that doesn't always happen. Anyone know any good arm or ab exercises you can do sitting at a desk? I already take the stairs at work, but unfortunately, my job doesn't allow me a whole lot of opportunities to get up. Any advice?

    See if you can bring in an exercise ball to sit on while you work -- that is a great way to improve posture and work ab muscles. I think you can google chair exercises for some info. Also, if the ball isn't "professional" enough they have ball chairs you can order for the same purpose.
