This doesnt usually happen, but if I wake up in the middle of the night and feel so empty, like I am STARVING am I supposed to eat? And since I did
would you log that under the day before or the next day?? What happened was, I fell asleep before supper, so I didn't eat supper, but I was so hungry I felt like eating the whole kitchen...I ate at like 3am, so since I didnt eat supper and I did go back to bed did I do the right thing by logging it as my supper? I was so worried about eating too much....and no I do not eat back ALL my exercise cals (I do eat some) because I tried that, and I gained back 2 lbs in a week. I am 5'4' and 180lbs, it shouldnt be hard for me to lose...I should not be gaining if I am following a good plan.
