What are the most comfortable workout shoes? I workout and am full of energy, but have to stop cause my feet hurt so bad.

get your feet properly fitted at a specialist store. If they arent testing your gait, asking what you are doing and testing you in different shoes then dont buy from them.

In australia we have an "athletes foot" which have staff which are specifically trained to fit shoes to active people and athletes and they are brilliant.

Everybodys foot strike and feet are different, so what works for me may not work for you (depends on your pronation). I wear new balance as they suit my feet and footstrike.

If you havent got correctly fitting shoes and your feet hurt that can be the first sign of other trouble. Incorrect shoes can increase knee, ankle and back problems long term.

Is it the arches that hurt? If so maybe you just need some different insoles, not different shoes. Stores specific for runners will usually have employees that are trained to find you the right workout shoes. Good luck!

The arches don't hurt, its the balls of my feet. I am on the elliptical a lot. The shoes I have now aren't for athletics, just for cutes. Would ****s sporting goods do that?
