BMR calculators

I've been reading up on bmr calculators as theres been a lot of posts on here recently about eating back exercise calories and whatnot. I have always chosen to not eat mine back because MFP told my my bmr calories are 1219 a day so I figured that eating 1200 wasn't much of a deficit and i needed the exercise to help me reach my - 500 cals a day to lose a pound a week. However I've been on some other sites, most noteably the nhs one and they all say that my bmr is 1360 and that because I do little exercise in my normal routine I should be times that by 1.2 to work out how many calories to maintain.
This leaves my maintenence calories at 1630 so obviously I need to eat 1130 to create a natural -500 a day deficit. Just wondering if this is right? Because if so it means that I am fine to eat back my exercise calories if I want to, but also means just eating 1200 will create a natural deficit on its own, which I didn't think it did based on MFP's BMR calculator.
Just to confirm also I'm 4'11" and weigh 122 pounds so I also figured I 1200 was a lot considering my height. But if anyone can clear this up for me that would be great

At your weight, I would say that a pound per week is too aggressive. I am also 4'11" and have been eating 1150 daily plus most if not all of my exercise calories. I switched it to 1200 for the next week though, because I'm hungry I'm 112lbs and this site says my bmr is 1137 while other sites say 1264...so who knows. What is your goal weight? I think you probably don't have much to lose and so slower would definitely be better.0

My goal weight is 104 pounds, so around seven and a half stone. I just want to go back to being a size 8, which I used to fit in comfortably at 7 stone, but i'm being realistic and not aiming that low. i'm ok with eating my 1200, I was just confused about exercise cals as I wasn't sure if I was getting enough of a deficit as some of the taller members of mfp.1

Yeah...ya know, i have wondered the same thing with being so tiny. I have lost weight eating 1050 and eating 1200, so I would just listen to your body if I were you. Mine's telling me it's HUNGRY....so I'm going to eat more.0

I'm occassionaly hungry on 1200 but I have a very unhealthy diet as I don't really like vegetables, salad or fruit, so I have nothing 'good' to snack on . But I have being trying to avoid the really bad stuff like takeaways, fried food etc and its working for me so far. I guess i'll just stick with what i'm doing as its kind of working, I was just confused about the conflicting bmr's and wondered how accurate mfp's was, but I like your advice to listen to my body. Although I find I feel very hungry when i'm bored so not too sure if its 100% trustworthy....0
