I looooove John Grisham. most of his books are fictional law plots. I highly recommend "The Firm" and "The Pelican Brief"!0

I really like the Stuart Woods Stone Barringon series (stone is an ex-cop turned lawyer). I like the "in death" series by J.D.Robb.
All the Spencer books by Robert B Parker..he also has a Jesse Stone series and a Sunny Randall series. Between those 3 authors, you've got about 75 books. There are 40 Spencer books alone. I've been going through the list in order by getting them from the library. I can request them..so it works great to read them in order.
Hope that helps!0 -
Tami Hoag! I love A Thin Dark Line and Ashes to Ashes0

Tami Hoag ,Charlaine Harris (not the Sookie Stackhouse series, although I like those also), Janet Evanovich, and Nora Roberts has a trilogy Blue Dahlia, Black Rose and Red Lily. I can not remember the order at the moment. All very good .0
