Flour Milling

Does anyone mill their own wheat into flour?
I'm having a hard time finding nutritional information on home-milled hard red wheat, hard white wheat, soft white wheat, and corn.

I just found a place locally that sells wheat berries so I have a bag sitting on the table... actually couldn't help it I put a handful of it through my hand cranked mill on the table... sure looks good, I'd think if you can find the info for the wheat berries you could use that, you're using everything that comes through the mill right? so it should weigh the same as berries as it does ground.0

Yep, you're probably right. Maybe I'll try looking up "wheat berries."
Thanks for the tip.0
