Hi!
I am doing an Atkins approach to life and would love to add others on MFP who are doing the same. I will gladly share my recipes, support and cheer to all.

One of my favorite Phase 2-3-4 recipes, cuz I can't break the pizza habbit

Low carb pizza

1 Mission Low Carb Tortilla (small whole wheat)
1/2 TBSP Tomatoes Paste (I use the Italian paste)
8 slices Hormel - Turkey Pepperoni
2 oz Part-Skim Mozzerella Cheese, 1/4 cup
2 oz Mushrooms - Canned, Sliced, 1/4 cup
dash of Italian spices on top

bake 325 for 6 mins or until desired crisp level

roughly: (depending on the brands used)
220 calories
7 net carbs
(950 mg sodium) a wee high on the salt, but satisfying for pizza
