So its week 5 legs and back day and today I was able to keep up in seibers squats and JUMP!!!! woot...this was just totally amazing for me. first couple times couldn't even keep pace without the jumps.
For those non-Xers seibers squats involve putting 80 percent of your weight on one leg, 20 on the toe of the other leg squatting and jumping and landing still 80-20....
YAY ME! Take that wiifit for calling me obese every day. lolz

Yay! I'm starting the P90 program on Monday and plan on doing P90X after. I'm super nervous and excited about it....I've just seen so many great before/after pix on here that I have decided to just go for it.0
