Pears and not the tastey type...

Hey I was wondering if any of you ladies and gents could give me some advice? I'm a pear shape, with most of my weight in my thighs. Does anyone have any tips on ridding fat from this particular area?? Or am I doomed to be a thunder thighs forever lol

    People lose weight in "sheets". There is no such thing as spot reduction-your shape is hereditary. I would recommend upping the cardio and really watching your food intake. I know, I carry my extra weight in my abdomen-it's the first place it shows. I get it from my mom.

    I am also the pear shape that you speak of lol...I have found that running a long distant and cardio has helped me slim alittle bit, not dramatically but atleast I look healthier feel better and look alot better.
