Small and getting smaller

So, I've been mostly entering data through my phone for a while, then finally found the website, then lurked for a while. I'm really not the stalker type, but I just wasn't sure I wanted to tell EVERYONE what I was eating/doing every day, but since I tend to eat the REALLY bad stuff when I'm bored at night; I am struggling with these last 8 pounds. I would like to get down to 125 (I was a size 3 at 120 lbs as a senior in highschool 20 YEARS AGO!!!), but I don't recall having been all that fit back then either.

I'm a pear shaped, medium boned 5'2", 133 lb, just-turned-40, blissfully married woman with grown kids (well, one is, one is almost).

I am looking to share some moral support of others with similar experiences.
