i actually use a bum bag (fanny bag for you guys in the US) to hold keys, ipod and phone. I have had around 4 mp3 players over the years, and this system tends to win for me over the ones on an armband, that clip on or are in your pocket. This way I can use any kind and they are just as good. My bag is a soft hiking one so it doesnt rub.0

I have a Sony Walkman mp3 that holds both video and music but I dont think it matters what kind you get as long as your earbuds are good. There is nothing in this world more annoying than trying to run while your earbuds are falling out!! Get some sport style earbuds that hook around your ears so they stay in place0
