I'm sure most will say to make my own, but what if I don't have the time? Can anyone point me toward the lowest sodium soup brand available at most super markets?

they do not exist!! haha!

i like the Campbells Select Harvest which says low sodium, and doesnt have alot of calories, but there are two servings per each can, so you have to read the labels!

The Amy's Organic Low Sodium ones are decent. And by decent, I only mean by grocery store standards of sodium levels. Overall, I just avoid prepared soups as much as possible. I keep some on hand, just in case, but I do pretty much anything I can to avoid having to eat them. lol
