I'm sure most will say to make my own, but what if I don't have the time? Can anyone point me toward the lowest sodium soup brand available at most super markets?

they do not exist!! haha!
i like the Campbells Select Harvest which says low sodium, and doesnt have alot of calories, but there are two servings per each can, so you have to read the labels!0 -

The Amy's Organic Low Sodium ones are decent. And by decent, I only mean by grocery store standards of sodium levels. Overall, I just avoid prepared soups as much as possible. I keep some on hand, just in case, but I do pretty much anything I can to avoid having to eat them. lol0
