1st 30 days of Chalean Extreme

I finished the Burn Phase of Chalean Extreme this week and will be moving to the Push Phase. I lost 4.25 inches all over. My weight stayed basically the same, fluctuating up and down a lb or more. I'm about 6 lbs from goal so I'm not worried about the weight and I'm very happy with the inches lost. My eating has been awful so my goal for myself this month is to eliminate simple carbs and really clean up the diet as much as my crazy life will let me. Have a great Sunday!!!!!

Congrats, Amanda! I'm stepping into week2 of CLX Burn Phase beginning tomorrow; I can already tell it's going to work. I forgot to measure inches last week and need to do so today.

I just completed Month #1 of the TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme. I'm pumped to start the Push Phase tomorrow!0 -
that is excellent! just started CLX in combination with turbofire. it's been less than a week but I love it. I have been using bands, but I wish I had those adjustable free weights she has for more flexibility!0

Awesome!! I'm doing this program too, I'm into week 3 of the Lean phase!! I love it and have seen and felt major differences in my strength and stamina great fat loss too! Don't be afraid to lift heavy....push yourself...maybe that is why they call it the push phase ; )

It is a really awesome circuit training workout. I have also did Turbo Fire by Chalene Johnson. She is my hero...lol!0 -

great idea! I got the discs off of ebay! I didn't even think of getting the weights there too0
