Ahhhhhh to see 25 again *sigh*

After a horrible year, I gained back 16 of the 36 pounds I had lost. Instead of wallowing (sp) in my unhealthiness, and proceding to gain back the 36 +10 as I had done in my past life, I corrected my step.

It has taken some time to get back on track. A few set backs with illness and new job keeping me in denial mode a bit longer than I would care for. BUT because of the great support HERE.........I am sliding back down into those skinny jeans again!

WOOT for 25 pounds lost today!!

Jeannie, I lost 60 and gained back 25! It happens for lots of reasons, but at least we didn't gain it all back and then some. No, we caught it early and rerouted our course. Stay strong, friend!

Your so right! I freaked when I saw close to 15 lbs. 5 didnt me.....10 came at a vulnerable time......but I was not going to buy new clothes!! THAT is what did it for me.
