90 lbs and feeling great!!!

Okay - so here it goes. In August 2010 I started a journey of a lifetime. I am almost at my goal weight - about 5 more lbs to go. I have lost 90 lbs and would not change the last six months for anything. I have to thank fitness pal because it has changed my life. Fitness pal has been a huge contributor to my success. Although I have done all the work, this site has helped me along to keep track of what I am eating and knowing when to stop!!! I started in August 2010 not being able to run one lap around the track, and now am competing in 5k's, 4 mile races, about to do a 5 mile race, and this summer a half marathon. To anyone out there that is just starting your journey, I hope this gives you the motiviation to keep going, because in the end, it is so worth it!!! This whole entire process was not done by dieting, I ate clean, and exercised my way thru losing 90 lbs. If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!!!

This thread will probably get hit with a bunch of young girls trying to become anorexic. The title makes it sound like you're down to 90lbs! LOL! Instead they will see a GREAT success story.0
