So I know that you're supposed to have protein before you exercise so that you don't burn muscle. How much protein is too little before working out? Or what's the minimum before working out?

I think it is supposed to be a carb before you work out and protien after.
The carb is to give you energy to burn while you are working out and the protien is to help repair muscle after.0 -
