I am doing great at exercising; lots of cardio because it helps get rid of belly fat, but my back fat is not going anywhere. What can I do to help move the loss of that along too? Any suggestions?

It's kinda funny that you posted this because I just said to my hubby that my back fat is gone. I have been taking a Body Pump class twice a week since November and I've been doing Yoga for one hour once a week and a 20 minute class once a week at my gym. I didn't realize it at first but I'm positive those two things have toned up my back because it's pretty much all gone. If you don't have access to a Body Pump class then I suggest using weight machines that target your back. If you don't have access to that I'd get some dumbbells and look online for back exercises....you can buy an exercise ball and increase the resistance you can create. I hope that helps. Now I have to get my front fat to go away more, lol.

For me, it was all about lifting weights 3 days/week and then doing cardio on the other three. Back fat gone.

    Just hang in there!
I see from your ticker you've lost 11 pounds. I bet you'll start noticing a difference soon. I just realized this weekend that my backfat is gone. LOL! It's just been in the last 8 pounds that it disappeared. :)
