My Calendar My Best Friend

So last week I started a new system for my weight loss where I tracked everything I ate and tracked my daily progress in a smiley face system on a wall calendar. I can't tell you how much this calendar is shaping my decisions and my success! In a week I have lost 7lbs! So I thought I would share it with you all and maybe someone can benefit from this idea :)
