Seriously, that is about it. LOL! No no no. I am also married 11 wonderful years to a great guy. I have a 17 year old step son. I am a YouTube vlogger and I really really want to lose 20 to 35 lbs.

Loosing the weight with help your odds of conception greatly!

I have an uncle who is an OBGYN and has many patients with fertility issues, and weight is a HUGE factor in that (whether it be over or under) and getting into a healthy active lifestyle will help you throughout pregnancy, labor and recovery afterwards!

I personally have a goal to beable to have my next child VBAC since I had an emergency c-section with my first. I consult my uncle all the time to make sure Im on the right track :)

hi, today is my 1st day using myfitnesspal. i have been struggling with my weight for a couple of years. i realized that everything i have tried in the past has not worked for me. i have tried the biggest loser cookbook, the 4-hour body and many differnet diet pills, from dexatrim green tea extract, to anything new to the market. i am so tired of not feeling good about myself, and not attending many public events. i have the best supportive boyfriend. I have however a very stressful job. i am a hospice aide, so as u can imagine i take my job home with me. I use to eat my emotions. I LOVE my job and cant see myself doing anything too much different. So i am gonna try tracking my calories and being accountable for my food intake and my exercise. i am determind to succeed! of course with everyones help. i know that a lot of us have some useful/helpfull information.
