I know protein is beneficial after strength training but is there any harm if I have a shake after a cardio workout? Whether it be after a long walk/run or elliptical? Any info would be greatly appreciated.... Thanx Adam D.

i find they really help with the next workout and sometimes when i need to workout the very next day if i have a protein shake its like running on new legs0
