NSV- Shopping

I have a conference to go to downtown tomorrow and needed something professional to wear. So I went "shopping". In my own closet! And things that haven't fit for over a year (probably 2) fit! My blazer that didn't button! Button down shirts that gapped. Work pants that I couldn't button 2 months ago. Saved me a lot a headaches, money, and time. Sooo excited! I'm fitting into some of my old size 12 stuff! Not all is size 12, the pants were 14, but they didn't fit earlier this year!

My mom has always been pestering me about my weight, she's always been much smaller than me. Yesterday we went shopping together and I found a pair of pants that was only $5.99 it was a size 10 (i'm a 14). So i showed my mom to see if she would like to buy them since they were nice, her size, and very cheap. Today I asked her as a joke, if I could borrow her new pants and she chuckled and said "yeah right they don't fit you." It hurt a little to hear that so when she was gone I decided to try them on just to see how far up they would go. To my surprise, they went all the way up no problem, and they buttoned and zipped. I can't decide whether I want to rub it in her face or whether this should stay a quiet victory!
