    What a difference... that's awesome and you look great! I'm only 5'2", we started around the same weight and you're slightly farther ahead in weigh loss than I am so I find it inspirational to see what is about to come. Fantastic job and keep it up!! :drinker:

    You must carry your weight very evenly as you don't look 189lbs you look smaller then that. I was comparing our weights and heights and almost age. your a year younger but same height and almost the same weight your a few lbs lighter then me. but my weight is around the bottom half of me. UNfortunately.

    but you have inspired me and i wish you all the best for the rest of your journey.
