Looking for a good pair of shoes!

I am looking for any suggestions on a good pair of shoes. I am currently working out with Turbo Fire and Bob Harper's dvds. I really want some good cross trainers. I have my mizunos for running/walking that I absolutely love. Looking for something that can withstand high impact.

    I walk everyday and the best sneakers I have found to be are the NIKE shox. I have tried other sneakers and these were the most comfortable. I have had many pairs of them and they are in my opinion the best sneakers. I also wear them to work out. I hope they work for you.

    I'm a pretty big fan of Reebok Zigtech's.
