I just completed the 5 day slim down video. LOVED it! I am confused as to what I should do next LOL. If anyone has insight, I would appreciate it! Thanks!!!!:drinker:

    She has some Walk at Home DVDs which I really like.

    If you have Comcast cable service....her walk at home program is available on Exercise TV for free or you can just access it online at exercisetv.com

    Megan, I saw the walk at home one today and Wal-Mart and was thinking about doing it. It is a 5 day as well and it looks like each workout is about twenty minutes. Let me know if you try it...I am trying to decide between that one and dancing with the stars.:bigsmile:
