Ok so I had a lovely grilled vegetable salad for lunch today but I'm not sure how to log my bread..it was a toasted baguette but I tore off the top section because it was buttered which i hadn't expected..how should i log that?

i would weigh baguette before and after gutting and record the % left
oh i see.. was a restaurant perhaps... then if you took top off sounds like '1/2'?0 -
Next time maybe cut it in half so you can just log half a baguette? For this time try to estimate what % you removed.0

well it was just the top layer, not the top half..i think if i quick add 100 cals that should do the trick0
