Hi there! My name is Crystal and I'm 25 years old. I've always been on the heavier side (at my lowest about 190 when I was 20), but I'm hoping to permanently change my view on eating healthy and exercising and in turn change those numbers! My weight itself doesn't bother me, it's just numbers, but I would love to feel better about myself, my body, and be less self-conscious.
I joined a gym after my daughter was born in August with the intention of losing weight and did successfully lose a little before I lost the motivation to keep it up. After "quitting", I gained even more weight than my heaviest pregnancy weight, which was a little disheartening but expected based on my lifestyle choices for those months.
I've heard great things about this site and I hope it will be the extra push of encouragement and motivation that I need! I'm excited to meet others in the same situation as me with the same goals.

Welcome! I was heavier then the day I delivered my son when I started this final weight loss journey. I made the decision for better eating and more activity instead of a diet plan. Ive also battled with the need for Mommy time VS guilt over not being there 24/7 for my baby. He is turning 2 next week and I now weigh less then when he was conceived and Will be less then I was in my sisters wedding at 19 years old in another 2 lbs! Its possible! I started my weight loss journey before MFP and I WISH I had this site sooner0
