I just started JM 6W 6P this week. Its a killer! I really like it this far. I do this every other day, and run on my treadmill everyday for about 30-40 minutes. I have already completed her 30 DS DVD and loved them as well. What I would like to know is what kind of results have others had with her ab dvd.. Anyone take pictures or measurements? I'm trying to get rid of the rest of the fat in my stomach area so any encouragement/motivation would be greatly appreciated. :smile:

    This is going to sound really simple, but make sure you're drinking 64 ounces of water a day (or more). A lot of times, when people have fat in one area they just can't seem to get rid of it's because they aren't drinking enough water. Drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day legitimately will help burn fat.
