Anyone tried em?! I've heard of some recently called "it works" & they're said to take inches off your belly in minutes. I'm wondering if anyone out there's had success with them & how exactly do they do that?!

If in referring to body straps you are talking about those heavy stretchy nylon type belts, they're only good for sweat and water loss. The only way to truly burn fat is through hard effort, be it activity or exercise.0

My fiance trip one last week, as he was in a "biggest loser" type challenge. After the wrap he weighed in exactly the same as the day before. The next morning he still weighed the same. Then he spent an hour in the sauna and lost 3 pounds of sweat haha.0

I have seen the "sauna" suits at walmart...I've been thinking about trying them. They only cost like 7 dollars (:0
