Need Energy and Motivation?

Back when I never went to the gym, a big part of my problem was GETTING to the gym. I wasn't motivated. I was "too tired". Really I was just lazy. My boyfriend bought the supplement Jack3d and I tried it and LOVED it. You just mix a scoop of it with water (we have the lemonade flavor) and drink it half an hour before a workout. It's just a PRE-WORKOUT supplement and it energizes you and helps your muscles warm up faster. I love it and it really gives me energy to get to the gym, plus when I get there I have awesome workouts. If you have a hard time getting motivated i would definitely try this stuff. It's amazing. Or let me know if you have used something similar that has helped you! (Just fyi I'm not sponsered or anything by them, I just know when I found it, it was a godsend and I know there are people out there like me lol)
