I started dieting around december and was struggling... since i joined mfp i've successfully been able to actively lose weight. I started mid febuary.. 11 lbs since i started on here beginning of march... and logged in my stuff from feb that i had been dilligently trying to write down. this site is a life saver for anyone trying to write down stuff. it makes everything so much easier.
this week, i've hit a stand still.
I've not gained anything... but i haven't lost anything either. I've been really stressed out with work and haven't been sleeping. I'm gonna start over today.
I'm eating a yummy manicotti healthy choice right now then i'm gonna get dressed and walk to the bus... go shopping for some more food and luna bars, coconut milk and then go to the gym ... i need to go work out. my workouts lately have been a joke bc of my work schedule.
I slept better last night ... so maybe it'll be okay.
if i can get off 4lbs in the next two weeks i'll be happy.. its totally possible!!! :drinker:

good luck!! that's my plan for the next few weeks too. I have been doing great but see a slow workout week in my future...i'm in grad school and my finals start next week.0

everyone gives me shiiite too for starting my calories low lol and ya it sucked at first but i've been adding 100 calories more everytime I hit a mark ... or if i started to feel sick and its been working for me i feel as if i'm digesting things better and my stomach doesn't hurt anymore ...I feel full at a reasonable amount of food now... almost like i've shrunk it too so i'm learning not to eat when i'm bored cuz that's always a huge problem. and since this isn't just a diet... im trying to get to a place where i can still eat out and i can still live my life without food controlling me .... i should be fine as long as i keep up my gymming lol speaking of i should get my *kitten* moving.0
