I LOVE to try new foods. My husband and I always try to buy at least one new thing each week (not always super healthy, but it's fun to experiment). We bought Ahi tuna this week, but we haven't made it yet...

My favorite new healthy foods so far are:

Almond milk (so good it's hard to believe it's not awful for you!)
Hummus (I've been trying this for a while now, but it took me a while to find a brand that I REALLY liked. My favorite is Tribe organic garlic flavor)
Chobani Greek yogurt (pineapple is my favorite flavor so far) and Greek Gods Greek yogurt (honey flavor)
Laughing Cow cheese

What are some of your healthy food finds? I want to keep trying out good stuff!

Lately I have been OBSESSED with Kabocha squash-- just slice it up. sprinkle it with sea salt, and roast for 15 minutes-- so sweet and salty and delicious.

Chobani is one of my staples-- eat it 3x a day :)

Also loving Trader Joe's Defatted Peanut Flour as a substitute for Peanut Butter--just add water, and it's peanut butter with only 50 calories and 4 g of fat/ serving.

Oh! I forgot we tried a blood orange. When we peeled that thing I was SOOO scared to try it. It just looked so wrong, but it tasted just like an orange... except it was purplish/red weirdness... haha

Some of my favorites (so far... I like trying new things too, so loved this post)... are:

Fat free cottage cheese (1/2 cup) with 1 drained cup of no sugar added peach cups (del monte) only 105 calories!

    Blackened catfish (yum!)

    Sugar Snap Peas

    Baked Tostitos with Fresh salsa

Diet Soda Cupcakes (Sugar Free Yellow box cake with one can of diet soda- your choice!)

Fuji Apples (not a huge apple person, but these are amazing!)

    Fudgcicles

Almond Milk (unsweetened original)- like it better with cereal than regular milk now

    Nonni's 20 calorie biscotti

    80 calorie tortillas!

Ken's Light Options Parmesan and Peppercorn dressing and the Vidalia onion one are amazing!

Thin bagels (cinnamon and raisin with some spray butter, yum!)

    Trader Joes Corn Flakes

Sabras Greek Olive Hummus and Stacy's Pita Chips Plain

    Klondike Slim Bears

and my favorite healthy food is Spaghetti Squash... totally tricks my mind when I make a ground turkey tomato sauce on top. :)
