Losing Weight

Hi!
I'm new to MFP and am seeking some advice. I've already lost 80 pounds and met my goal. However, I feel no reason to stop now! I'm almost at a "healthy" weight, and it's definitely not coming off as fast as it was when I weighed more.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to see results on the scale?? I eat very healthy already and perhaps I just need to switch up some of the food I eat and my workouts....
Thanks so much!

Definitely switch up your food and workouts--when your body gets used to something it becomes less effective. Also, maybe try calorie cycling?0

Eat a net of 1200 calories a day for a week and then the following eat like 1400 total.0

If you haven't been doing so already, incorporate more strength training in your routine. Building lean muscle will help you boost your metabolism and shed those last few pounds0
