Well...it's a new week! Happy Monday!!!:flowerforyou: Let's work hard this week at accomplishing our workout goals!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Here's my plan:

Mon--1/2 hour running, 1 hour BodyPump
Tues--45 minute Step class, 15 minute Abs, Week 2 Day 1 100 pushup challenge
Wed--1/2 hour running, 1 hour BodyPump
Thurs--45 minute Step class, 15 minute Abs, Week 2 Day 2 100 pushup challenge
Fri--1 hour elliptical
Sat--1 hour Spinning, Week 2 Day 3 100 pushup challenge
Sun--Rest but cleaning, laundry, and maybe a long walk with the dogs.

There should be no big obstacles this week so this should be totally do-able!

Happy Exercising!!!:drinker:

    Here's my plan:

Mon--30 hour jogging, just started last week so I'm working up to it.
Tues--60 minutes Body Attack/ 60 minutes Body Pump (with hubby).
    Wed--50 minutes cycling.
Thurs-- 60 minutes Body Combat/ 60 minutes Body Pump
Fri--30 minutes biking, 30 minutes jogging.
Sat-- 60 minutes Body Combat/ 60 minutes Body pump.
    Sun-- 30 minutes of jogging
(I like to say 60 minutes instead of one hour because it seems like I'm doing so much more :)
    Still can't do a pushup.

    Have fun everyone.

Ok I am in 100%. AND I LOVE my heart rate monitor. Worth every penny of it for sure! it is the greatest motivator for me now.

Monday: Run and wts after work 1 hour total
    Tuesday: Am run PM
    Wed am wts pm yoga
    Thur Am cardio PM yoga
Friday am wts and cardio- PM yoga class
Sat yoga class? (I hope) and hike
    Sunday- hmmm not sure

Trying to get back into the flow of yoga- we will see if I am pushing too hard or not. If the schedule works it will be great- if not I am giving myself some wiggle room.

I hope you are all having a good Monday!

I got the Polar 100. It was a huge suprise to me to see my heart rate on the eliptical (using my arms) get close to where I am when I am running and well above my walking uphill on a treadmill heart rate.

I put it on at work to try it out and my heart rate was sooooo low! As soon as I got to the gym my heart rate was back up a bit. No wonder I feel so uninspired at work!!

Now i plan to wear it on my hikes, etc to see how I do when I am out on the weekends.

I paid less than $100 for it.

Nice! I can't wait to get one! I'm saving up for the Polar F6 I think! I want one SO bad...but we've just been SO tight on money right now that I have to wait! Oh well...if I don't get one soon, I'll ask for one for my birthday (in September).

I ran over 4.5 miles last night which felt really good- BUT i didnt get up to the gym this morning because I was totally spent.
Now I think I will go to yoga after work and do wts at the gym in the morning- I find that wts after work just is way too crowded. I am still trying to get into the swing of things with work/gym/yoga/boyfriend/life/food prep, etc....

So tonight- walk after work then yoga 6:45-8:15
Wed Am- wts and cardio at gym PM Yoga class
    Thursday- Am run at gym
Friday- AM wts at Gym Maybe PM yoga class

Hey hey...it's okay mlillie! You are doing good! 4.5 miles is awesome! I ran about 2 miles last night...my legs were killing me from the extra running I did this weekend. But...I did my 1/2 hour on the treadmill as planned and then my 1 hour Body Pump class. Tonight is Step and Abs and then pushups.

    Let's keep at it!!!:drinker:

Went to gym am yesterday for cardio and wts.
Today I am going for a run after work

I have been eating too many nuts lately and need to reel it in.
