I just joined a couple days ago, I am currently using Weight Watchers online but am not having much progress with it the past couple months so thought I would try something different. Also motivational that this is free and there are so many people with great sucess stories and photos on here.
I hope tracking calories instead of points will motivate me a bit better. For the last 5 months I have been playing up and down with a 5 lb weight range. I have loast 50 lbs since 02/10 on weight watchers, which am very happy for but I think I need a change. I have another 100+ I want to lose before I am content.
