I have a very active job as a nursing aid at a nursing home. I am up on my feet about 7 hours of the 8. Walking, bending, lifting people and running at times. I am not sure how this should be counted if I would have a different activity level or count it has exercise. My schedule alternates 4 days a week and 6 days a week. Anyone have any idea how to count this?

I think you're suppose to count that as your activity level.0

considering it isn't everyday you could log it as exercise and keep your activity level as sedentary?0

Since you average 5 days a week and 8 hrs a day it should be your activity level, that's why the examples they give are of professions. On days you have off try and cut your cals a little.0
