I used the patch for a year or so, and worked out constantly, and it never came off from sweat, or taking a shower or anything. It's pretty darn adhesive.0

you should probably stop smoking...oh that patch....nevermind....0

Its very adhesive! I cant use it due to being mildly allergic to hospital grade adhesives (bandaides are horrible if I wear them longer then 48 hours lol) They are suppose to beable to stand daily swimming throughout the summer, I did hear from a few friends that their butt/hip area was easier then their arms when they were active0

I didn't have any luck with it. Don't think it ever completely fell off, but definately pealed back, slipped around. Didn't end up using it for long. But then I was teaching Bikram Yoga at the time, so was in the hot room sweating for hours everyday.0

Unrelated to your question, I have heard terrible things about the patch. It can cause many health issues and have long term side effects. I had the NuvaRing for a while and MAJOR headaches (did a little research and women were having heart attacks and strokes), took the pill and missed 2 pills and tried to fit them back in two at a time as they say....got my period for 21 days........now I am on the Mirena IUD (plastic), so far without side effects apart from serious cramps from time to time. Birth control scares me due to the amount of hormones. IUD's are relatively low in hormones and that is why I went with this one. Apparently the copper (Paraguard) is even better. Just a thought that I wanted to share. I have tried most and wanted to share my experiences. Also, I see too many posts where women are blaming their BC for their weight gain when there is no legitimate evidence that it causes it. I have never gained weight with any form of birth control that I have used.0

luckily, my husband volunteered to get a vasectomy when we want to stop having kids. yout husband can even drive himself home the same day. if you wanted to get surgery, you would stay in the hopsital for an extended stay.... or continue to pay all this money for birth control until you hit menopause?? yeah, it totally makes sense for him to not get fixed. LOL. NOT. Good luck!0
