www.self.com the magazine is doing a drop 10 pound challenge. Now I am not doing the challenge but I really like the workout they have and thought I would share. I am going to try to post a link. If you go to self.com and click on the 10 pound challenge they have a workout video that shows you how to do each move. It is set up with interval training. you do the move for 20 seconds rest for 10 and do that 8 times for each move. they claim that you will burn 400 calories for this! i am going to try it tomorrow.
