Smoothie Recipes?

I thought of making my own meal replacement/snack smoothies. I have bananas, mangoes, vanilla yogurt, wheat germ, milk, pineapple, coconut milk, peanut butter, etc. Anyone have good recipes that are relatively low in sugar and carbs? Calories and fat don't bother me, it's the sugar and carbs that I get too much of and make me tubby.

I don't know about using as a replacement meal but I have used milk, honey, soya, almonds, vanilla and plain yogurt for breakfast.
My favourite smoothie is mixing 3 tbsp plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tsp local honey, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup raspberries. Or at bedtime, 1/4 cup berries and 1/2 banana (helps me sleep!). Also can add vanilla for flavoring. Love my smoothies!
I always include these as part of my snacks for day in my calorie count.0 -

Do you have the nutrition values available for these? I would like to see how they might fit into my diet.0

my favorite smoothy is the simplest. It is just 3 ingredients: orange juice, frozen pineapple tidbits and 1 scoop of Aria Women's protein powder (which is much much lower in the carb dept then most protein powders). it's filling and I get to feel like I'm having a milkshake! yum.0

You would have to just put the amounts of everything into MFP. Most of them are around 300 calories, which is perfect for a meal replacement.0

mmm these all sound good. I am trying to get into having more smoothies so thank you for this thread!!!!
I am finding that I am always under in my protein intake, figured a protein smoothie would work best to meet that requirement.0
