Want an easy trick to firm your buttocks?

Whenever you go up stairs, press your weight into your heels instead of the front of your foot - it really works the back of your thighs (hamstring) and your buttocks! I've been donig this for a couple of months now, just trying to get a little bit more exercise into my daily chores, and it's very effective!
If you power-walk, you can also focus on the full extension of your leg and squeeze the buttocks muscle just before you take your next step...
Have a great day!!

I have been using that trick when I walk for years. It works really well. You can really feel the difference while you are walking.0
