Hi! Just started on April 1st. I've been on a self-made work out plan since November and need to figure out how to start loosing rather then maintaining. Heard great things about this site and I have had GREAT motiviation for 3 days - hopefully it turns into 3 months and then 3 years! Reading other's posts was incredibly encouraging! Keep it up all! Thanks for the motivation!
