My son has so behavior issues, so I'm cutting out processed stuff and going natural. Unfortunately, I've been raised on fast food and cans. To start, I'm doing the basic only fresh fruits and veggies and as lean meats as I can get and focusing on labels that say they didn't steroid the animals. Any other ideas? Are there any brands that make a ravioli or pizza (even cooking them, not just frozen) that's good? Or if you have any recipes that are good to change up the routine... thanks

My son is a very picky eater (he comes by this naturally :blushing: ) and I feel like I was raised on processed and fast food as well. I refuse to do the same with my son and make every effort to make sure who only healthy food goes in. Luckily, I've discovered the Sneaky Chef series of cookbooks. They have been a major life safer in our house, and my little guy still gets to eat all of the food he loves. For example, he is very excited that he gets cookies for breakfast. That was not a typo. Little does he know, that the cookies are high in protein, and great source of whole grains, and have veggies hidden in them Extremely easy to make too!
Another one of his favorites are Peanut Butter Waffles, which have carrots and yams hidden in them, with lots of protein and whole grains. I also make a berry syrup, which is high in antioxidants.
Honestly, I would borrow them from the library first before you dive in to these (they aren't meant for everyone, I'm sure), but everything my little guy eats now is pretty much due to these books.0
