Hungry all the time..

I just got back into the swing of things (Only 2 days back in). I work out 45 mins - 1 hour and when I am finished I am hungry. I usually eat a snack and about 2 hours later I eat my breakfast, now every hour I am hungry. This morning after I worked out I had a Slimfast Nougat Bar, once I get to work I eat breakfast, today it was oatmeal. That was at 8 am. At 9 I was hungry again, so I ate a spoonful of peanut butter, now it is 10 and again I am hungry. Is this normal? or am I missing something? Should I eat? This is different for me because in the past I usually ate every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Same foods. I am confused.
