A little bit of rain goes a long way

Last week I started with a 6week boot camp program. I'm used to not eating before exercising is the best! I don't feel overwhelmed or nauseated. - Well not this week!
We started out this week with strength, instead of the cardio that I'm used to and boy did I feel sick as ever! I ended up not being able to jump during the exercises, and more likely walk in place was the best I could do. That is, until the rain started! It began Thundering, Lightning, Raining and even Hailing! Instead of a hot Texas style breeze there was now a seemingly cool breeze to follow this sudden change in weather.
Of course we moved from the basketball court into the over hung area, but we continued with our Strength work out. For some reason the sudden change in weather really helped me get back on my feet and ready to feel the burn again.
Now that I'm not feeling sick, I was able to eat my breakfast afterward, and I still feel ready for an hour at the gym and some extra stretching time to throw in there.
Thank you Mother Nature! You were my motivation and support that I needed when I was feeling most down.
