    Here are a few things I love...
    1) Sugar free jello cups
    2) Weight Watchers raspberry & chocolate icecream bars
    3) Jolly Time mini bags of healthy butter popcorn or kettle corn style
    4) Frozen mango chunks (Trader Joe's)
    5) Special K cracker chips- sour cream and onion (27 chips only 110 calories!)

    emerald cocoa almonds
    progresso lite soups zesty southwest veg my favorate
    special k sea salt chips
    plain greek yogurt with honey
    berries all kind
    laughing cow cheese wedges

    sugar free jelly,
    fat free yoghurt, and fat free yoghurt with low cal hot chocolate powder mixed in
    porridge with low cal hot chocolate powder
    cucumber and lots of sea salt
    raw baby corn, and sticks of pepper dipped in tahini, or butter-bean dip
    snack-a-jacks salt and vinegar, or caramel.
    ice lollies
    sea food/crab sticks
    cottage cheese with lots of salt and pepper
    tin of tuna or mackerel
    baked beans out the tin
    any soup, lentil and apricot, tomato pepper and basil, vegetable.
    quorn sausages with american mustard
    potato and beetroot salad made with tahini, soya milk, chives, wholegrain mustard, tsp honey and extra light mayo
    diet coke

    1. Sugar Free Jello with Fat Free Whipped Cream!
    2. Stevia in my Coffee.
    3. Whole Wheat Eggo waffles with Berries on Top.
    4. Snap Peas.
    5. Grilled Chicken with Franks Hot Buffalo Sauce and Fat Free Ranch (High in Sodium though!)
    6. Greek Yogurt with Fruit.
    7. Tortilla Factory low-carb Tortillas (50 cal).
    8. Grapefruit.
    9. Hormel Fully cooked Bacon (2 strips 70 cal.) Yummm!
    10. Garlic and lemon juice stir fried with Veggies.
    11. Black and Green's Dark Chocolate.
    12. Splash of Lemon and Pure Cranberry juice in my water.
    13. Tabasco sauce on anything!
    14. Red Seedless Grapes.
    15. Almonds (Not so low cal. but ok in moderation and deliciously healthy!)

    1: Egg white omelet
    2: sauteed spinach with a smidge of spray butter, lemon juice, & garlic powder
    3: Low fat popcorn (always a fab snack for night time tv watching) :)
    4: sugar-free jelly (sometimes, just a tablespoon by itself is a treat!)
    5: sugar-free jell-o (YUM)
    6: LaTortilla factory herb & garlic wraps (yummy with sauteed sweet peppers)
    7: Healthy Choice low carb bread (1 slice=35 calories....I toast it and spritz w/ spray butter) :)
    8: 25-calorie hot cocoa!!! (also a delish night time snack...curbs my sweet craving)
    9: cubed canteloupe
    10: Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (there is a limited time caramel yogurt that is DELISH with apple dipped in it!)
    11: Spinach salad with sliced mushrooms, sweet pepper, and 1 Tb of balsamic dressing!
    12: Jennie-O extra lean turkey bacon (20 cal/slice!)
    13: Oatmeal...plain and simple...its delish, and for 15 cals, you can sprinkle a tsp of brown sugar on top!
    14: "meatless tacos"....I just sautee onion, pepper, spinach, and sprinkle with a tsp of taco seasoning, and wrap in a LaTortilla factory shell!! Yummmmm :)

    3) Special K Mini Breaks. I know they're not THAT great for you with all the sugar but they're nice for 99 calories.
    4) Pre-packed fruit snack bags from the supermarket.
    5) Red peppers.
    6) Red grapes.
    7) Egg whites!
    8) Bran flakes.
    9) Lettuce with ketchup. LOL no one else likes this but it's the only way I'll eat lettuce.
    10) Fillet steak.
    11) Chicken.
    12) Frozen peas.
    13) Hovis Nimble bread, 48 calories a slice.
    14) Skinny Cow Ice Creams!
    15) Strawberries.

    did not know I could get a sandwich at Chik-filet!! Also going to check out hte Chicagotown mini pizzas! This is great.
