Pure Exhaustion

Ok, so the dieting works, I am slowely but surely losing weight and gaining muscle, but the last two days I have been soooo tired. I mean, lifting my fingers typing this now is requiring an effort. The tips of my fingers also feel funny. I take vitamin supplements and I try to sleep sufficiently. Is this a lack of something or is this normal when losing fat?

I don't think anyone can clearly give you an answer. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating your exercise calories? Do you smoke? Medical complications? Are you pushing yourself too hard? If you're worried about it or concerned, the best bet is to talk to a doctor. Only they can give you a clear answer.0
