Im so ashamed ive slipped again ,,,,was doing so well but obstacle hit my birthday then another special occasion then mothers day ,then a planned event ,,ive been telling myself tomorow then something else has cropped up so have re booked an appointment with a ptrainer who is going to set me a new programme and im back going to be as fierce as ever ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!

remember it's life and there are going to be special occassions. don't beat yourself up - keep them planned like you said. in my opinion, some planned treat meals are very necessary to keep motivation in the long haul.

I have invested 95 days to keep myself in check in eating and physical activity. When I feel tempted, I ask myself if today is going to be the day I will cheat, not work out (nap instead of exercise). I have worked so hard for so long, that I am not willing to give in any single day, because I do not TODAY to be THAT DAY.... (I fall of track). I know this might seem cheesy but it works for me.0
