Im so disgusted ive done this for years yo yo,d ,,was doing really well but last weigh in was a bit disapointed for all the work and very little loss ,,then with birthday special occasions ,,planned events and mothers day my eating habbits have slipped back and i have become lapse ,,,,im so annoyed i need to snap into focus ,,,i dont want to be fat forever i have booked a pt tom in the gym ,,im venting my frustration but gathering all support i can

    Try not to be too hard on yourself. Just keep your focus on your goal. Don't let one (or a few) slips discourage you. You can do it!
